What data we receive
The data you send us to plan or book a tour: your name, contact details, travel dates, number of travelers and where you are staying in Cusco. When you book online, your booking and payment details are handled by WeTravel.
How we use it
Only to answer your questions, organize your tour — including your pickup — and contact you about your booking.
Payments
Card payments are processed by WeTravel on its own secure platform. We do not receive or store your card details. WeTravel’s own privacy policy applies to the data you enter in its checkout.
Third-party services on this website
This website uses Tawk.to only to see visits in real time: the pages viewed, your IP address and approximate location, your device and browser, and the time spent on the site. It is not a chat — the Tawk widget stays hidden and cannot be opened. Tawk.to sets its own cookies to recognise returning visitors and handles this data under its own privacy policy. The site also loads the WeTravel booking script for the checkout. Links to WhatsApp, TripAdvisor and Google Maps open those services only when you click them.
What we do not use
We do not use Google Analytics on this website. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page does not send your IP address to Google Fonts.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as it is needed for your booking and for our legal and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to info@sacredvalleydaytour.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version published on this page is the one in force.
