Choose your Sacred Valley day

Same kind of guide, same group size and same lunch. What changes is how many places you see, how early you leave and where the day ends: back in Cusco or at the Machu Picchu train.

Which one is for you?

The only difference is Maras and Moray

If you have one day and want the whole valley, pick Super Sacred Valley. If you prefer a later start and more time in Pisac and its market, the Traditional is your day.

Why US$30 and not US$25?

Cheaper offers usually leave something out — hotel pickup, the lunch, a licensed guide — or fill a bigger bus. Ours covers pickup at your hotel, a certified bilingual guide, the buffet lunch and groups of 17–18 travelers at most. How the price adds up.

The Traditional starts at US$30 and the Super Sacred Valley at US$32 per person, with the buffet lunch at Rustica included. Lunch upgrades: 14 Inkas +US$4, Don Ángel +US$15, Tunupa +US$20. Ending in Ollantaytambo costs US$1 less: US$29 and US$31. Entrance tickets are paid separately. See every price.

The Traditional starts collecting guests at 07:20 and drops you off in central Cusco around 18:30. Super Sacred Valley starts earlier, from 06:20, and returns around 19:00. Your guide picks you up from your hotel, Airbnb or a meeting point in the historic center, and we send the exact time on WhatsApp the night before.

No. On the Traditional you need it for Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chinchero; on Super Sacred Valley for Chinchero, Moray, Ollantaytambo and Pisac, plus the Maras salt mines entrance, which is run by the local community. Add them to your booking in the Add-ons step of the checkout, or pay in cash (soles) on the day. Which ticket do I need?

Yes, on both tours, for US$1 less (US$29 Traditional, US$31 Super Sacred Valley) because the return is not included. The tour ends at 15:30 at the Archaeological Park, 15 minutes on foot from the station; trains that fit are Inca Rail 16:36 and PeruRail 19:00. Walking to the station, leaving the group early, luggage and tips: ending in Ollantaytambo. Ending there, the Traditional visits Pisac and Ollantaytambo (not Chinchero), and Super Sacred Valley visits Chinchero, Maras, Moray and Ollantaytambo (not Pisac).

English and Spanish. Every departure has one certified bilingual guide who explains each stop in both languages.

A maximum of 17–18 travelers with one guide per departure. For a vehicle and guide reserved for your group alone, choose the private day tour.

Most of the day is lower than Cusco (3,350 m): Urubamba sits at 2,871 m and Ollantaytambo at 2,790 m. The highest point is Chinchero at 3,762 m. Many travelers do it first — walk slowly and drink water. This is general information, not medical advice. Altitude of every stop.

Online booking is open 24/7. We suggest at least 48 hours ahead, and more from June to August, when departures fill up earlier.
